Senior Tech Specialist, Applications & Platforms (ServiceNow): Managing and optimizing the organization's Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) governance within the ServiceNow platform with an accent on data quality, industry best practices, and platform maturity. Focus on defining enterprise roadmaps, automating asset lifecycles, and ensuring regulatory compliance across ITSM and ITOM domains.
Location: Must be based in Jersey City or Bridgewater, NJ (5 days onsite per week)
Salary: $75 - $80 per hour

What you will do
- Define and execute the enterprise CMDB roadmap and governance framework, policies, and standards.
- Own the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, and retirement controls.
- Lead ServiceNow initiatives focusing on HAM Pro, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM adoption.
- Collaborate with CI class owners to resolve Discovery errors across compute, network, and cloud resources.
- Produce CMDB health reports and asset compliance dashboards for IT leadership and audit stakeholders.
- Ensure data governance supports GxP, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Manager or Specialist in ServiceNow, CMDB, and ITAM Asset Governance.
- Work Location: 5 days onsite per week in Bridgewater, NJ.
- Ability to define Service, Application, and Configuration Item (CI) standards and manage their full lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and hybrid integration architectures.
- Knowledge of Workday–ServiceNow integration patterns for HR lifecycle events.
