Data Architect (Snowflake) (Snowflake/AWS): Designing and implementing modern cloud-based data platforms and scalable analytics solutions with an accent on Snowflake data warehouses, ELT pipelines, and data architecture. Focus on optimizing performance, defining data models, implementing data quality and CI/CD practices, and delivering reliable production-ready data assets.
Location: Ukraine; work type: remote or office

What you will do
- Design and support scalable data platforms and analytics solutions using Snowflake and AWS.
- Build, optimize, and maintain ELT pipelines and data transformation workflows with dbt, SQL, and modern data engineering practices.
- Define data models, data warehouse architectures, and source-to-target mappings for reporting and analytics.
- Support data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, and performance optimization across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders from discovery and proof of concept through production deployment.
- Implement data quality, governance, testing, CI/CD practices, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Experience designing modern data platforms and cloud-based data warehouse solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake, including data modeling, analytics workloads, and performance optimization.
- Experience building ELT pipelines with dbt and SQL, plus proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native data technologies.
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or MWAA.
- Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, CI/CD, data quality validation, automated testing, and version control.
