Finance Manager (Commercial Finance/Retail): Building financial models and analyzing complex datasets to support pricing, promotion, assortment, forecasting, and strategic investment decisions with an accent on business partnering and data-driven recommendations. Focus on developing executive-ready insights, tracking forecasts, and evaluating opportunities that drive profitable growth across the Hard Goods business.
Location: Plantation, Florida, United States
Salary: $100,000–$176,000 per year, plus potential 401(k), equity grants, and annual bonus eligibility for qualifying positions.

What you will do
- Partner with Hard Goods business leaders on financial and strategic decisions.
- Build financial models for pricing, promotions, assortment, and other business initiatives.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance teams.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and track business forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, strategic finance, financial analysis, corporate finance, or operations/supply chain finance.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, business case development, and variance analysis skills.
- Advanced analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage changing operating conditions and deliver against expectations.
- Experience with e-commerce or retail finance is a plus; SQL and Hyperion experience is also a plus.
