Procurement Excellence / Operations Specialist (ESG)

What you will do

• Lead supplier due diligence against ESG standards and the hirify.global Code of Conduct.
• Develop strategies to improve supplier practices in environmental protection, human rights, responsible minerals sourcing, and materials compliance.
• Monitor and report supplier ESG performance using external vendors and databases.
• Partner with procurement stakeholders to embed ESG requirements into sourcing and operational processes.
• Respond to Sales and customer inquiries related to responsible business and due diligence.
• Mentor Procurement Responsible Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related area.
• In-depth knowledge of ESG standards and responsible-business practices.
• Strong leadership, strategic-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship is not available.
