What you will do

• Perform set-ups and operate CNC lathes with milling capabilities to achieve close tolerances and complex geometries.
• Inspect all manufactured work using gaging equipment to detect deviant parts or blueprint errors.
• Interpret complex technical drawings, including GD&T blueprints and operation sheets.
• Ensure precision craftsmanship for components used in flight-critical systems.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a general machinist OR graduation from a formal CNC certification/training program.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience using measuring tools such as Micrometers and Dial Bore Gauges.
• Enrollment and participation in the F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program is required.
• Must be eligible for access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to understand and apply work instructions in English.
