What you will do

• Develop persuasive case themes and strategies for complex defense matters.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, discovery, and trials.
• Manage full case responsibilities and navigate high-stakes litigation.
• Communicate regularly with clients and cultivate client relationships.
• Lead and mentor less experienced attorneys while collaborating across experience levels.

Requirements

• Active Texas bar license required.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including deposition and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage all facets of discovery, trial preparation, and full case handling.
• Strong independent judgment, time management, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and time management systems.
