What you will do

• Own daily privacy processes, including records of processing activities, data protection impact assessments, and data subject requests.
• Administer privacy and workflow systems such as OneTrust and Jira.
• Drive the operational rollout and governance of AI-enabled technology platforms.
• Advise stakeholders on data protection, privacy by design, cookie and marketing consent, and AI-related risks.
• Develop guidance, training, and awareness initiatives covering privacy and AI literacy.
• Improve and automate privacy operations while collaborating with Procurement, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data privacy and/or data governance, in-house or in consulting.
• Knowledge of global privacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience developing and improving frameworks, policies, procedures, and operational processes.
• Experience defining, designing, and implementing processes across people, process, and technology.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with OneTrust and Jira.
• Privacy certifications such as IAPP CIPP-E or CIPM.
• AI Governance certification such as IAPP AIGP.
• Experience in technology or fintech, consulting, or in-house roles.
• Experience enabling high velocity in heavily regulated environments.
