Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator (Robotics)

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Process equipment requests from offsite project teams and coordinate delivery and return schedules.
• Track robot and equipment locations, quantities, availability, ETAs, blockers, and status across active sites.
• Prepare, inspect, document, kit, dispatch, recover, and return equipment, including condition and damage logging.
• Maintain the internal vehicle fleet and coordinate carriers, couriers, personal-vehicle runs, and supplemental transportation.
• Act as the primary logistics contact for project teams, equipment and inventory functions, commercial operations, and data operations.
• Develop SOPs and checklists while supporting contingency response for field logistics issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, asset management, or field equipment coordination.
• Experience owning physical equipment through the complete dispatch, delivery, recovery, and return cycle.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with tracking systems, spreadsheets, project management tools, and inventory systems, including Google Sheets, Jira, or Confluence.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
