Brand Marketer

What you will do

• Support the Head of Brand Marketing in the ongoing evolution and refinement of brand strategy.
• Collaborate with brand design to build and maintain consistent brand systems as the company scales.
• Conduct cultural research and study human behavior to derive emotional insights for creative strategies.
• Write structured creative briefs to define stories for multi-channel campaigns (experiential, TV, social, etc).
• Orchestrate integrated campaigns and direct global agency partners on awareness media buying.
• Measure brand health and creative effectiveness to continuously sharpen strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience designing and launching high-impact campaigns.
• Must be based in Stockholm or ready to relocate.
• Experience shaping brands within early-stage or high-growth tech companies.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end European brand campaigns across multiple markets.
• Existing working relationships with European creative talent and media agencies.
• English: C1+ required (company language).
