What you will do

• Take full technical ownership of an existing production React application.
• Drive frontend development and delivery across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Define the long-term frontend architecture and technical roadmap.
• Develop new features while improving the maintainability and performance of the codebase.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee production deployments.
• Integrate frontend applications with Python/FastAPI backend services.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of production applications.
• Experience in cross-platform development (web and mobile).
• Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines and managing production releases.
• Ability to make architectural decisions independently and troubleshoot production issues.
• Must be able to work hybrid from the Central London office (3 days/week)

Nice to have

• Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
• Exposure to React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks.
• Familiarity with Python/FastAPI environments.
