What you will do

• Advise Americas People Experience professionals and business leaders on employment law matters, including performance management, investigations, discipline, leaves, accommodations, and employment agreements.
• Support global commercial and intellectual property litigation, pre-litigation disputes, subpoenas, and government inquiries with external counsel.
• Review and update employment policies, guidelines, templates, and training materials for the Americas.
• Use AI to provide efficient, high-quality legal guidance and develop practical risk-mitigation strategies.
• Develop and deliver training on employment law, litigation best practices, and risk mitigation.
• Draft and review agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of employment law and/or litigation experience, with two or more years of in-house experience preferred.
• Proven experience supporting employment law matters, commercial litigation, and disputes.
• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one US state bar.
• Experience with LATAM employment laws or strong interest in advising on LATAM employment matters.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Employment-based immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience at a global SaaS, technology, or private-equity-backed company.
• Fluency in Spanish or French.
