Client Data Specialist

Client Data Specialist (HRIS/Data Integration): Managing the setup, maintenance, and quality of HR data feeds that support employee and physician engagement surveys, onboarding and exit surveys, and pulse survey products with an accent on data configuration, integration quality, and client solutions. Focus on handling large data sets, defining and documenting requirements, coordinating upstream and downstream teams, and resolving operational risks under strict deadlines.

Location: Onsite in Ignition Park, South Bend, Indiana, United States

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus or commission and benefits.

What you will do

• Guide clients through HRIS data ingestion, testing, final file configuration, and update planning.
• Develop and maintain data rules to identify missing or inaccurate information and support data corrections.
• Configure standard data integrations and verify requirements and configuration accuracy across upstream and downstream teams.
• Coordinate data delivery plans, track tasks, mitigate risks, and escalate blockers or operational issues.
• Document integration decisions, maintain current records, and support service failure recovery.
• Advise clients on using hirify.global data services for employee, physician, and nursing engagement projects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, quality improvement, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Analytical ability to research and solve complex problems with urgency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet strict deadlines, and clarify client requirements.
