What you will do

• Lead creative strategy and messaging across multiple paid social accounts from briefing through execution.
• Research performance data, competitor activity, consumer behavior, and platform trends to improve creative direction.
• Develop high-converting concepts, copy frameworks, and short-form visual-first content.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers to align end-to-end creative delivery.
• Present creative directions to clients and internal teams and translate feedback into actionable improvements.
• Mentor junior creatives and support stronger strategic and creative execution.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in creative strategy with a focus on performance creative.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with strong short-form and digital-first writing ability.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, copywriting, and performance creativity across short-form and visual-first content.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, platform algorithms, and brand storytelling.
• Proven ability to interpret performance data and use it to drive creative pivots.
• Experience collaborating across teams and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
