What you will do

  • Draft and negotiate technology licenses, SaaS agreements, and related data protection and information security exhibits.
  • Review customer procurement requests, including RFP responses and non-standard purchase orders.
  • Assess and escalate contractual and business risks in collaboration with sales, finance, product, and information security stakeholders.
  • Negotiate information security provisions and coordinate positions with account trust and security teams.
  • Manage multiple contract assignments in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology contracts.
  • Experience with technology licensing, SaaS agreements, data privacy, and information security terms.
  • Direct experience negotiating security audits, incident response, and data protection obligations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain legal and business risks and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
  • U.S. work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting public sector transactions.
  • Prior in-house legal or contracts experience.
  • J.D. degree.
