What you will do

• Manage and take accountability for the hirify.global country programme, office, resources, and staff.
• Represent hirify.global in Botswana, developing and enhancing collaboration with the host government and key stakeholders.
• Lead the response to national priorities and sustainable development challenges to advance the 2030 Agenda.
• Advocate for the realization of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and programmatic priority areas.
• Lead hirify.global's contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Frameworks (UNSDCFs).

Requirements

• Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in agriculture, forestry, fishery, rural development, or a related field.
• Essential work experience in multiple locations or areas, particularly in field positions.
• Proven track record in programmatic areas and fostering government relationships.
• Cannot be a national of Botswana.
• Subject to medical fitness certification, accreditation, visa requirements, and security clearances.
