What you will do

• Process requests for returns and credits from start to finish.
• Resolve queries and discrepancies with both customers and suppliers.
• Process customer credits and reinvoices in coordination with the credit control team.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team and suppliers to resolve duplicate shipments.
• Provide guidance and advice to internal sales teams regarding systems and internal processes.
• Manage financial transactions accurately, including raising customer and supplier credits.

• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Capacity to learn quickly and retain large amounts of information.
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in administration and processing financial transactions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Manchester or Marlow offices.
