Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Hammersmith, London office; extensive international travel during the race season is required.
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the Accreditation department and establish a secure, efficient access-control framework for global racing events.
- Partner with internal departments, race teams, local authorities, the FIA, and other high-profile stakeholders.
- Drive development and continuous improvement of the global Accreditation System, with emphasis on user experience and streamlined processes.
- Manage mass production, inventory, and worldwide logistics in line with Safety, Security & Resilience standards.
- Lead on-site accreditation operations during high-pressure race weekends and resolve critical delivery issues.
- Manage and mentor the accreditation team while overseeing budgets, forecasting, and sustainable tendering.
Requirements
- Significant project management experience in international events or sports, including complex large-scale logistics.
- Strong understanding of the operational relationship between security, hospitality, and sporting functions.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders such as race teams, local authorities, and governing bodies.
- Analytical, diplomatic, and resilient approach to resolving conflicts and critical issues under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail in logistics, inventory control, process improvement, and technical system development.
- Fluent English and extensive international travel availability are required; familiarity with GDPR and global data privacy requirements is essential.
