What you will do

• Drive quality convergence plans to achieve specific customer quality targets.
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, warranty claims, failure rates, and associated costs.
• Lead quality issue resolution by coordinating between Engineering, Plants, Suppliers, and Quality teams.
• Manage Engineering Quality Issues (QIT) and ensure tracking within GIM/PLM systems.
• Assess risks related to safety alerts and support field actions or service campaigns.
• Capitalize on lessons learned to ensure their integration into future project developments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar quality management role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of quality processes and product design.
• Ability to analyze risks and their consequences effectively.
• Experience leading transversal teams and coordinating complex projects.
• Rigorous approach with the ability to adapt to new tools and procedures.
