Serial Life Quality Manager (Automotive): Driving quality convergence plans and resolving field and production quality issues with an accent on customer quality targets, warranty performance, and product reliability. Focus on analyzing quality KPIs and risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and defining corrective actions for automotive quality issues.

What you will do
- Drive quality convergence plans to achieve customer quality and warranty targets.
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, warranty claims, failure rates, and warranty costs.
- Coordinate Engineering, Plants, Suppliers, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Manage Engineering Quality Issues and track them in GIM/PLM.
- Support problem-solving activities with quality data, reports, and methodologies.
- Prepare quality reviews, represent quality status in customer and management meetings, and support field actions and service campaigns.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with problem solving, quality processes, product design, industrial activities, and project work.
- Ability to analyze risks and their consequences.
- Ability to communicate, convince, mobilize, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Autonomy, flexibility, and rigor when learning new tools and procedures.
