What you will do

• Lead consulting initiatives to drive financial results for network clients, including Merchants, Issuers, and Digital Banks.
• Develop frameworks, approaches, and recommendations to address the most impactful strategic challenges.
• Analyze large industry and company data sets to produce actionable insights and boost client performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams in sales, solutions, risk, and innovation to execute projects.
• Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, and best practice documents for the VCA practice.

Requirements

• 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree (MBA is a competitive differentiation).
• Experience at a large management consulting firm or working with cooperatives.
• Strong analytical rigor with a significant focus on impacting ROI and measuring business performance.
• Deep knowledge of banking operations, payment schemes, and card acquiring.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
