What you will do

• Lead project priorities, deadlines, and client engagements.
• Develop end-to-end project schedules using critical path methodology and Work Breakdown Structure principles.
• Align schedules with execution, contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Maintain schedule baselines, updates, and integrated views at multiple levels of detail.
• Lead client and supplier meetings, resolve schedule conflicts, and drive decisions.
• Review third-party schedules and deliver progress reporting on variances, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for building, managing, and analysing schedules.
• Strong technical understanding of planning processes in complex, high-value construction projects.
• Experience with Quantitative Risk Assessment and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading meetings and facilitating decisions.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management for integrated schedule and cost performance tracking.
• Experience with CQV processes.
