TL;DR
Senior AI Engineer (Fullstack): Building AI-native agentic products that automate real customer workflows with an accent on LLM-powered agents, intelligent workflows, and end-to-end product ownership. Focus on designing agent collaboration, integrating frontier models and tools, and shipping reliable fullstack systems at high speed.
Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid with 3 days in the office required. Relocation from overseas to Australia may be sponsored.

What you will do
- Build AI-native and agentic products used by thousands of customers.
- Own customer problems from ideation through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Design intelligent workflows using LLMs, tools, memory, and agent collaboration.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into effective customer experiences.
- Collaborate with product, design, and customer-facing teams to shape product direction.
- Mentor engineers and raise standards for technical quality, reliability, and delivery.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience building and delivering software products.
- Daily use of AI coding agents to decompose problems, orchestrate agents, and verify output.
- Strong product judgment and focus on customer outcomes.
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems.
- Understanding of distributed systems, software reliability, evaluations, on-call work, and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and ship continuously.
