What you will do

• Prepare financial statements for ASO and Retention groups in accordance with financial agreements.
• Review and ensure the wording on financial agreements is sound.
• Maintain and meet underwriting targets for growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with sales, clients, and producers.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Case Management, and Group Administration.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business administration, mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, or computer science.
• Must be based in or able to work in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
• 1 year of Group Underwriting experience recommended.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism in French and English.
