IT Support Technician

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for workstations, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, meeting rooms, and access issues.
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including account and hardware preparation, delivery, and recovery.
• Prepare, configure, image, and maintain laptops and mobile phones while keeping inventory accurate.
• Provide remote IT support to Middle East and Morocco teams and travel occasionally to regional sites.
• Apply and improve documented procedures, escalate complex incidents to Paris, and follow them through resolution.
• Contribute to central IT projects and changes as technical skills develop.

Requirements

• Basic IT skills and genuine curiosity about technology; personal projects, home labs, and self-taught experience are valued.
• Strong service orientation and experience helping users through support, volunteering, hospitality, or other customer-facing work.
• Careful and autonomous approach to procedures, inventories, and tickets while working as the only on-site IT person.
• Motivation to master essential IT support tasks and grow into broader responsibilities.
• English at B2 level is required.
• Availability for occasional travel to Morocco and Middle East sites is required.
