What you will do
- Deliver high-quality code that fulfills business requirements and organizational standards.
- Develop and maintain software development standards and reusable components within the team.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure adherence to quality and architectural guidelines.
- Take full ownership of assigned systems and services in the production environment.
- Proactively identify and reduce technical debt to improve system maintainability.
- Collaborate with product owners, peers, and various stakeholders to align on deliverables.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years specialized in Front-End development.
- Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Lit, React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with test runners (Karma, Jest, Web Test Runner) and libraries (Mocha, Chai, Sinon).
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Experience with complex Git workflows and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
