Senior UX Researcher

Location: Hybrid with offices in Amsterdam, Paris, and Lisbon

What you will do

• Lead research strategy and roadmap to influence key product decisions
• Empower cross-functional teams with research tools and best practices
• Conduct mixed-methods research combining qualitative and quantitative techniques
• Advocate for customer-centricity and user perspective in decision-making
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction across the user journey
• Communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders and mentor team members

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UX research experience
• Strong balance of qualitative and quantitative research skills
• Passion for customer advocacy
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
