What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor the TASKI engineering team to foster a culture of service excellence.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and create personalized growth plans for team members.
• Optimize resource alignment and collaborate with planning teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Promote and monitor the implementation of remote diagnostics and remote fix solutions.
• Source and manage contractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery (OTIF) targets are met.
• Analyze KPIs, budgets, and business performance data to implement continuous improvement action plans.
