What you will do
- Shape the long-term strategic technical vision, roadmap, and architectural direction of the division.
- Build and maintain a scalable production ecosystem to support long-term content demands and global reach.
- Initiate and oversee core R&D activities, specifically integrating AI pipelines into game development.
- Lead, empower, and mentor a programming team of 35-40 people, focusing on technical competency and career growth.
- Establish and enforce studio-wide coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with partner studios to standardize Unreal toolchains, including Horde, UGS, and Perforce branching.
Requirements
- Proven expertise as a technical authority in game engine architecture and large-scale infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in C++ internal engines and experience with Unreal Engine and Unity production.
- Experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams of programmers and architects.
- Ability to resolve complex, critical technical challenges at the division or studio level.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Saigon office (Hybrid).
