What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and marketers to identify needs and shape the analytics strategy.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and key metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure product changes.
• Manage event logging templates to ensure accurate tracking of user interactions.
• Analyze data quality and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing and product performance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar analytics role.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Solid understanding of statistics, experiment design, and correlation analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present analysis results.

Nice to have

• Experience in full-cycle product analytics (owning both product and marketing).
• Experience with subscription monetization, churn analysis, and revenue optimization.
• Python skills (pandas, data visualization, statistics).
• Basic knowledge of Data Science and machine learning concepts.
