Pokémon GO Game Producer (Live Events) (Mobile Games/AI): Supporting and delivering large-scale real-world and global in-app live events with an accent on production planning, operational readiness, and cross-functional execution. Location: Tokyo, Japan; willingness to travel for event attendance is required.

What you will do
- Support quarterly and annual Pokémon GO live events, including Pokémon GO Fest, Pokémon GO Tour, and Pokémon GO Wild Area.
- Plan and execute real-world events for 5,000–300,000 players and global in-app events reaching millions of players.
- Develop agentic AI skills and automated workflows for event specification validation, setup consistency, and performance analysis.
- Drive initiatives from concept through launch by managing workstreams, milestones, owners, risks, blockers, and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, design, art, marketing, and operations to ensure launch readiness.
- Contribute to postmortems, reporting, performance insights, and production process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience producing a live-service mobile game or comparable live-operated digital product.
- Experience operating or growing a live product in collaboration with design, engineering, production, QA, and marketing.
- Experience building or improving agentic AI workflows, automated validation flows, or other practical AI-enabled systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for mobile games, live operations, and player experience; willingness to travel for events.
Nice to have
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Authentic Pokémon GO fandom and understanding of its live events.
- Experience working with external partners or IP holders through structured approval processes.
- Experience with global event coordination.
