What you will do

• Provide proactive, high-quality support to clients via live chat, email, and phone.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Handle daily operational tasks, including KYC verification and transaction processing.
• Maintain full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance client experience.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve internal operational processes.

Requirements

• University degree or relevant working experience.
• Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Fast and accurate typing skills in both Chinese and English.
• Ability to work a flexible 24/5 shift schedule.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
