Site Training Supervisor (Dutch-speaking)

What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve the site training strategy for operational and support departments covering approximately 500 FTE.
• Establish and maintain training modules for operational and support functions.
• Coordinate the qualification and requalification of permanent employees across operations and support teams.
• Validate staff knowledge and skills, conduct gap analyses, and adjust training programs to improve organizational capability.
• Develop a leadership skills program for the Bornem site in collaboration with HR and functional leaders.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Education and Training, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
• Experience with a learning management system such as Cornerstone or a similar platform.
• Technical skills and the ability to explain practical technical tasks or tools to others.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Experience assessing training needs, developing site training strategies, managing training projects, and applying instructional design and adult learning principles.
