Location: Hybrid position based in Foster City, California, United States; regular office attendance is expected, with the schedule confirmed by the hiring manager. Travel is required 5–10% of the time.
Salary: $73,600–$114,300 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do
- Manage executive calendars, meeting preparation, logistics, and prioritization for Corporate IT Vice Presidents.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and compliance with travel policies.
- Act as a liaison and problem solver for executives, leadership, employees, and external contacts.
- Plan onsite and offsite meetings and events, including venues, catering, conference rooms, and audiovisual setup.
- Support onboarding, site operations, office logistics, presentations, spreadsheets, purchase requisitions, and expense reporting.
- Maintain budgets and expense reports while contributing to miscellaneous team projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of work experience or a bachelor's degree; 2 or more years of experience is preferred.
- 3–5 years of executive administrative experience, with event planning or project coordination experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive confidential information.
- Experience managing calendars, organizing travel, supporting senior-management presentations, and prioritizing multiple assignments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Copilot.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and capable of solving problems under pressure.
