Senior Program Manager (Integrated Biologics)

What you will do

• Lead customer programs across the full lifecycle, from technology transfer and GMP manufacturing through delivery and project closure.
• Serve as the main customer contact, maintaining transparent communication and long-term collaboration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment and promote shared ownership.
• Manage program scope, timelines, financials, quality, and cost-effectiveness in line with strategic goals.
• Handle scope changes, commercial collaboration, risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and support learning, inclusion, and professional development.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field; a PhD is an advantage.
• Experience in project or program management, ideally in pharmaceuticals or a CDMO environment.
• Understanding of technical, commercial, and organizational factors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs.
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing and drug substance development.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
