What you will do

• Create and maintain Podio product documentation for new and existing features.
• Organize documentation architecture, including page structure, hierarchy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align with the roadmap and release cycles.
• Develop user-enablement content, such as how-to guides and practical examples.
• Utilize AI tools to support research, drafting, and quality improvements.
• Address content gaps and refine documentation based on user and internal feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Information Developer or Technical Writer.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for software products.
• Experience with AI tools or AI-supported workflows in content creation.
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience working in a software development environment with Product and Engineering teams.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria.
