TL;DR
HRSD Developer (ServiceNow): Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable HR service solutions on the ServiceNow platform with an accent on HR Service Delivery modules, secure integrations, and employee experience. Focus on configuring complex HR workflows, integrating HRIS and payroll systems, optimizing platform performance, and delivering compliant production releases.
Location: Romania — Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara, or Brasov.

What you will do
- Configure and develop HRSD solutions covering Case Management, HR Services, HR Tasks, Playbooks, Agent Workspace, and Employee Center.
- Build customizations with JavaScript, Glide API, client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and custom widgets.
- Develop and maintain integrations with HRIS, payroll, IAM, and document management systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and transformation maps.
- Implement secure and compliant HR processes while supporting privacy and audit requirements.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, troubleshoot platform and integration issues, and contribute to production releases.
- Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, HR stakeholders, and support teams on requirements, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including HR Service Delivery.
- Strong ServiceNow configuration, JavaScript, Glide API, and platform customization skills.
- Experience with HRSD modules and integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation tools.
- Understanding of HR processes, data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications.
Nice to have
- HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
- Employee Center Pro, AI Search, CI/CD, or automated testing experience.
