TL;DR
Senior Finance Business Partner (Manufacturing): Driving financial performance and strategic investment decisions for EMEA Manufacturing with an accent on operational analysis, automation, and digitalization. Focus on building business cases for technology investments and translating operational data into actionable growth strategies.
Location: Kladno, Czech Republic. No relocation support is offered. Hybrid work model (average 3 days per week in office).

What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders in Packing Technology and Operations to guide business decisions and performance discussions.
- Analyze financial and operational drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Create reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to simplify complex data for decision-making.
- Lead financial evaluations and build business cases for automation and digital transformation investments.
- Collaborate with global Finance communities to drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling, or FP&A within manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain environments.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work from Kladno, Czech Republic.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Czech.
- Experience with SAP, BW, Power BI, or other business intelligence platforms.
