What you will do

• Develop and enhance the platform to meet high performance and scalability requirements.
• Participate in multi-year initiatives to upgrade and expand platform capabilities for future growth.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to the performance and throughput of the platform.
• Assist users in resolving technical challenges encountered while using backtesting and simulation software.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Document and share knowledge on best practices for common technical issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production-quality C++ development, preferably on Linux.
• Strong knowledge of Linux system programming, memory management, and multithreading.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency patterns.
• Proficiency in English for technical communication and documentation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for scripting, prototyping, or tool support.
• Knowledge of distributed systems or large-scale system architecture.
• Experience with graph data processing or streaming/dataflow systems.
• Familiarity with quantitative finance platforms, back-testing, or simulation frameworks.
