TL;DR
Account Manager (Digital Media): Translating account strategies and media plans into execution briefs, ensuring campaign quality, pacing, reporting accuracy, and client delivery across Search and Social channels with an accent on targeting, budgets, tracking, and first-party data compliance. Focus on QAing campaign builds, reallocating spend, reconciling billing inputs, and coordinating delivery between the AD and trading team.
Location: Hybrid in Sydney, NSW, Australia
What you will do
- Translate quarterly account strategies and media plans into clear execution briefs for Junior Traders.
- Define channel targeting, audiences, and budgets according to agreed plans.
- QA campaign builds before launch, including settings, targeting, budgets, naming conventions, and tracking.
- Monitor budget pacing, identify risks, and coordinate spend reallocations across channels.
- Review Search and Social reporting outputs and contribute performance context to monthly narratives.
- Support weekly client status calls, delivery timelines, billing inputs, and finance reconciliation.
Requirements
- Experience translating account strategy and media plans into detailed campaign execution briefs.
- Ability to manage campaign QA across settings, targeting, budgets, naming conventions, and tracking.
- Understanding of Search and Social reporting, budget pacing, and channel spend allocation.
- Ability to support first-party data and consent compliance checks.
- Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
