What you will do

• Translate quarterly account strategies and media plans into detailed execution briefs for Junior Traders.
• Perform QA on campaign builds, ensuring correct targeting, budgets, naming conventions, and tracking before launch.
• Monitor budget pacing across channels, flag risks, and recommend spend reallocations.
• Develop monthly performance narratives and provide platform-level insights for clients.
• Act as the primary internal liaison between the Account Director and the trading team.
• Maintain strict tracking standards and QA processes across all managed accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in digital media planning and execution.
• Proficiency in Search and Social media reporting.
• Ability to manage complex budgets and financial reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail for campaign QA and compliance checks.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment in Sydney.
