What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment, including CIP and SIP processes.
• Execute production processes following SOPs, cGMP, and GDP requirements.
• Perform advanced laboratory tasks such as sampling, pH, and conductivity testing.
• Troubleshoot routine and non-routine equipment and process issues.
• Review batch records, logbooks, and support deviation initiation.
• Train and support other associates on manufacturing tasks and process knowledge.

Requirements

• 3+ years of upstream bioprocessing experience required.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing or a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, documentation practices, and process flow.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour day shift schedule (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in the biotech industry.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
