What you will do

• Own and manage recurring dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting across marketing channels and customer lifecycle programs.
• Analyze campaign, audience, and segment performance to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Monitor key marketing KPIs, including engagement, conversion, attributed revenue, and platform adoption.
• Conduct audience and cohort analyses to evaluate performance and guide targeting strategies.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements and success metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable business insights.
• Must be based in or able to work from Irvine, CA.

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, CDP, or digital advertising platforms.
