What you will do

• Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control.
• Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
• Prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, and operating forecasts.
• Conduct economic research and studies on rates of return, depreciation, and investment performance.
• Support the preparation of operating metrics to create process efficiencies and identify bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering within a complex organization.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders, providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
• Expertise in building financial models, analyzing trends, and evaluating business performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting or finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting international, product, technology, consulting, or government-focused businesses.
• Comfort leveraging Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
