TL;DR
Internal Events Manager (Event Strategy and Experience Design): Building and scaling a strategic internal events practice for in-person and virtual employee experiences with an accent on event frameworks, governance, stakeholder consulting, and attendee engagement. Focus on designing complex gatherings, establishing performance metrics and budget discipline, and developing a high-performing team in a remote-first organization.
Location: Remote within the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $128,000–$188,000 per year in most U.S. states; $145,000–$205,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT.

What you will do
- Own the event design strategy and consulting model for internal events across the organization.
- Translate business and gathering objectives into effective event formats, agendas, and engagement strategies.
- Build scalable frameworks, standards, governance, and planning methodologies for offsites, leadership meetings, onboarding, training, regional programs, and company-wide events.
- Track event effectiveness, attendee experience, budget stewardship, and program impact through defined metrics.
- Partner with the logistics team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Event Leads.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event management, experience design, organizational development, consulting, hospitality, or a related field.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience designing complex events, offsites, leadership meetings, learning programs, or large-scale employee experiences.
- Experience building programs, frameworks, or operating models from the ground up.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Must be able to work remotely from the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
