What you will do

• Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design high-level system solutions, including components, interfaces, integrations, and data flows.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to define technical components and system behavior.
• Own story refinement and ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and supported by clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support developers and QA during implementation.
• Manage feature delivery within the team, overseeing scope, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in software development.
• Strong proficiency in requirements management techniques, including Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN, and UML.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP, microservices, and event-driven architecture (Kafka).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
