Knowledge Management Specialist

Knowledge Management Specialist (Knowledge Management/Organizational Learning): Designing and coordinating knowledge-management transitions, capturing organizational knowledge, and supporting handover processes with an accent on documentation, accessibility, quality assurance, and capacity building. What you will do

• Design and coordinate knowledge-management transition activities for teams and individuals.
• Capture, organize, document, and transfer institutional knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge systems and improve accessibility, structure, and quality assurance.
• Curate and disseminate evidence, research, evaluations, and analytical outputs.
• Build staff capacity to use knowledge-management processes and digital platforms.
• Support organizational change, restructuring, mergers, and knowledge-retention initiatives.

Requirements

• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, change or transition support, documentation, knowledge exchange, evidence curation, dissemination, programme support, or related advisory work.
• An advanced university degree in knowledge management, organizational learning, information management, business administration, library and information studies, social sciences, public policy, development studies, communications, international relations, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to build partnerships, collaborate, manage ambiguity and complexity, innovate, and work strategically toward results.
• Willingness to comply with visa, medical clearance, vaccination, and international mobility requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting organizational change, transition, restructuring, or knowledge-retention processes.
• Experience with digital workplace tools, knowledge platforms, or AI-enabled knowledge-management tools.
• Experience in international organizations, development, fragile settings, or humanitarian contexts.
• Knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish, or a local language.
