What you will do

• Design advanced, deterministic physics problems for frontier AI training and evaluation.
• Create problems with exactly one verifiable correct answer and write complete, verified solutions.
• Develop complex tasks that test deep physical reasoning and multi-step analysis.
• Utilize Python and scientific libraries to build simulations, models, or computational workflows.
• Ensure all technical outputs are precise, reproducible, and well-documented in English.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Physics or a closely related field.
• Strong research or industry experience in theoretical, experimental, or computational physics.
• Proficiency in Python and scientific libraries such as numpy and scipy.
• Ability to design original, difficult problems reflecting real-world physics workflows.
• Must be based in the Czech Republic.
• Excellent technical writing skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with simulation tools or domain-specific software (e.g., finite element tools, circuit simulators).
• Background in quantum mechanics, statistical mechanics, or electromagnetism.
• Experience evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or designing technical assessments.
