What you will do

• Drive the design process across key programs within the hirify.global Partners team.
• Partner with design leadership and cross-functional teams to establish and maintain strategic roadmaps.
• Coordinate collaboration between designers, engineers, researchers, and product managers to ensure high-quality UX delivery.
• Cultivate design thinking and lead workshops to advocate for user-centered design practices.
• Manage timelines, identify bottlenecks, and drive prioritization to keep projects aligned with business goals.
• Refine operational processes and strengthen feedback loops to drive consistency across design teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of design program management experience in technology or creative environments.
• Proven experience working with Enterprise / B2B software products.
• Track record of delivering large-scale design programs in fast-paced, continuous delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design and technical requirements to various partner groups.
• Deep understanding of the product development process and a passion for user experience.
• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work.
