What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain real-time business-critical applications.
- Build secure, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions using Java and frontend technologies.
- Use AWS services such as S3, SQS, and RDS to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on high-quality features.
- Review code, improve engineering practices, and mentor junior engineers.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and delivering scalable web applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Java proficiency and experience with Java ecosystems.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and relational databases such as MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and Docker-based containerized environments.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience with Spring, Play, React, or Vue.
- Experience with Elasticsearch, test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, or build tools such as Maven and Gradle.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
