Enterprise Automation Engineer (Manufacturing)

TL;DR
Enterprise Automation Engineer (DevOps/Infrastructure): Designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation and infrastructure solutions to improve operational efficiency and reliability with an accent on scripting and systems integration. Focus on building scalable tools with Python and Ansible, optimizing Linux and Windows environments, and driving infrastructure modernization.
Location: On-site five days a week in Piracicaba or São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do
- Develop and implement automation solutions to simplify IT operations and enhance business performance.
- Build scalable tools and applications using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Support and optimize enterprise Linux and Windows environments for reliability and security.
- Collaborate with global teams to design innovative infrastructure and automation solutions.
- Utilize Git, Ansible, and DevOps practices to automate deployments and infrastructure management.
- Participate in infrastructure modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Pre-Advanced English proficiency.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and MySQL.
- Experience with Git, Ansible, and build/deployment automation tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking fundamentals, virtualization, and storage technologies.
- Experience supporting both Linux and Windows environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise automation platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and infrastructure governance.
- Experience with Agile project delivery.
