What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end digital transformation and GenAI strategy engagements across GCC and NALP.
• Conduct digital maturity assessments, market research, and GenAI use case identification and value modeling.
• Develop digital acquisition strategies and lead omnichannel customer journey mapping initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Translate strategic recommendations into actionable roadmaps and develop value propositions for fintech platforms.
• Support proposal development, contribute to thought leadership, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in consulting focused on digital projects.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects from strategy through execution.
• Financial services experience in GCC/NALP (banking/fintech).
• Demonstrated experience in GenAI/AI strategy and implementation.
