Software Engineer II (React Native)

Location: Hybrid in San Diego, CA, USA

Salary: $150,100 - $225,100 USD

What you will do

• Build and integrate frameworks to streamline development across console and supported platforms.
• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React Native.
• Create adaptable UI elements for multiple platforms using architectural frameworks such as MVC, MVVM, and MVP.
• Develop unit and integration tests and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
• Collaborate with international UI designers and product managers in the USA and Japan.
• Implement monitoring tools and resolve issues across the entire technology stack.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in crafting single-page web applications.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React/React Native, Vue, or Angular.
• Proven experience with TypeScript, Unit tests, and State Management libraries such as Jotai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must be based in the United States to comply with the hybrid working policy.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with C++ or backend systems.
• Proven experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.
• Skill in optimizing UI response time and network usage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
